NIOA MOVES TO ITS NEW STATE-OF-THE-ART FACILITY

After years of planning and 18 months of construction, NIOA has moved to its new state-of-the-art, high security warehouse and distribution complex located within the Brisbane Airport Precinct. The facility is home to a 5000m2 Bulk Dangerous Goods Warehouse, High Security Firearms Bunkers, Leupold Factory Optics Lab & Custom Shop, Gunsmithing Workshops, Expansive Product Showrooms, 200 seat Training Auditorium and a 100m Indoor Test Firing Range.

According to Ken Stevens, National Marketing Manager for NIOA. “The facility enables us to offer on-site warranty repair for optics and firearms including accuracy testing in our own 100 metre indoor range and sets a new industry benchmark for customer service and capabilities in Australia. Our product showrooms and training auditorium are second to none and we have implemented new automated order compiling and processing systems to ensure the fastest possible delivery times for our customers.”

“Our new facility is specifically designed to accommodate our ever expanding product lines and increase the depth of our capability to support customers across all market segments, Commercial, Law Enforcement and Military” said NIOA’s Managing Director Robert Nioa. “Our new site also serves to future proof our growing company by providing ample real estate for future expansion as we explore and implement various new capabilities” Mr Nioa further commented “We have invested heavily in infrastructure to ensure that our staff have the tools needed to meet the demands of an ever developing and challenging market place. These are very exciting times for the company and we are justifiably proud of what we have achieved and we are looking forward to exploring all of the new opportunities this facility will bring"
